Longship becomes majority shareholder in ExorLive

Longship Fund III LP (“Longship”), a Norwegian private equity firm has acquired a majority ownership stake in ExorLive, a Nordic provider of digital solutions for exercise and rehabilitation in public and private healthcare. 

ExorLive has for more than 20 years supported healthcare professionals, municipalities and institutions with science-based tools that make it easier to deliver high-quality training, rehabilitation and follow-up for citizens and patients. The partnership with Longship will support the company’s next phase of growth, while maintaining continuity in both strategy and operations.  

As part of the transaction, ExorLive’s CEO and co-founder Jørgen Bondy and CTO and co-founder Vilhelm Heiberg are reinvesting a significant share of their ownership and will continue in their current roles. Together with Longship, management is aligned around a shared growth plan focused on further product development, customer value and long-term impact.
